Juicy red delight

Sweetness bursts in every bite

Strawberry delight

With the setting sun my sugar craving peaked. Putting the book aside I headed to the kitchen. Rummaging the fridge I decided to wing it. A box of strawberries, a jar of sugar, a bottle of lemon essence, a pack of gelatin and whipped cream was what I choosed to create this sweet concoction.

The gelatin was now cooling in the fridge while I was starting to chop the strawberries into tiny cubes - putting it aside. In another bowl I poured the whip cream taking a hand mix I added the lemon essence and whipped it up. The lemony cream is ready - it smelled wonderful.

To this mixture went the strawberry cubes and the jelly cubes along with the last minute addition mini cupcakes cut in half. Folding it in the mixture and the perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess is ready. Cleaning everything up I left the kitched with the sweet concoction.

Sitting by the window enjoying the breeze I took a bite - savoring the explosion of flavors. I decided to give it a name, 'Strawberry Delight'.

Have you ever winged a recipe?
