My dear, you belong

With the wildflowers, where

Your roots can grow deep

*

My dear, there’s nothing

Wrong with your beauty; just the

Company you keep

*

Your wounds are like seeds.

Spread them far and wide, and one

Day they will grow tall

*

It takes time to bloom

But one day soon, you’ll find

Yourself after all

This is brilliantly satisfying, the way each message stands alone and flows together as a whole.

  • Will I find myself? Oh, I guess you weren't talking to me. This is beautiful, nonetheless.

These are absolutely stunning. I love how they are complete separately but work well together too. Amazing work!

Loved the multiple haikus used for the narrative! A truly inspiring analogy, too!

  • Joelle, there is wisdom here. My favorite lines are "Your wounds are like seeds./Spread them far and wide, and one/Day they will grow tall." 👏👏👏
