you awake? Ey, I know you’re in there. Aside from the lies that have captivated your mind to iterate into your core, and devour all your senses.

Can you hear me?

Or is that deep echo of darkness not penetrable?

I used to watch you, wildflower.

as you soared within those clouds, the hues of colors you radiated were so captivatingly wild. the essence of your breath was that of an inhale depicted in the beauty of the daises that you’d run your fingertips across lookin’ over your shoulder at me. No, I’m not crazy. For you baby, maybe I am. . . but damn, sweet love those tides don’t lie.

Your reflection in the sky as the moon hung high, and when those stars began roaming as the sun would set to sleep, your eyes are the only thing I promised I’d always keep. The gentle waves that you made roar, the echo of your footsteps still reside inside my core.

Can you hear me?

~Wildflower . . . come home~
