Prologue

A few incidents have brought to mind that unchecked rage can have consequences.

Rage destroys long-standing relationships and place one in difficult situations.

But remembering to be kind and patient to all concerned, including the self, puts out the flames and points to the right way.

Wildfire

Flames coursing high,

Fire spreads from burnt embers,

Swallows all in its crimson pathβ€”

Restrained,

It waits, smoulders,

Fumes rising, intimidating

But embers snuff

With time.
