Why Jogging is Not Enough?
For metabolism is chemical-assaulted

On the walk today,
I saw this woman —
she was jogging
on the dirt trail
near the canyon’s edge.
Good habit sure,
but something was wrong.
She left behind
a trail of scent.
She must have been wearing,
deodorant, or perfume,
may be sunscreen too.
If her hormones encounter
such artificial scents,
her system will suffer.
And the result?
Metabolism disturbance,
and weight gain!
Then she might grab
one of those
quick, easy medications
to reduce weight.
But sooner or later,
side effects will appear.
You can’t fix,
one chemical's ravages,
with another chemical.
Instead,
adhere to a lifestyle
that’s not hostile.
Evolution wants us
to live natural —
where body pH is neutral.
Wake up and act wise,
It’s never too late
to shun bad choices.
Avoid wearing chemicals.

One should try to live a natural life, but at times that is hard to do. Good work.
Love this story 🏆I try not to always use perfume etc as I too was guilty of overusing🏆🏆
I stopped wearing cologne ages ago...and I go jogging. It is still amazing to me what people will carry with them!
