The Aftermath Of A Downfall With You

Listening to a couple of songs drew an image in my mind,

Of the sight of you while I let out a sigh,

With clear despise,

I wouldn’t be too surprised,

But yet questions cloud my head,

Will I ever move on ahead?

Of the situation,

To feel really liberated,

How did we get here?

To this unwanted place,

That couldn’t be erased,

What is this feeling?

Pain,

Our relationship started to strain,

Where did it start?

When will it be over?

At first I don’t know,

But when time started to pass it shown,

Why do I think of you?

And the reason is I love and care,

Plus it was rare,

What will I do with these thoughts of you?

I don’t know,

I don’t plan on drowning,

But these waves got me there,

With sobbing and tears,

I realized that I’m the only one here,

Curled up in ball,

With my blanket over my head,

I miss you,

And this is my aftermath of you.
