Good job, Shirley! He was a great character and I loved your outline of him in acrostic form!

Nicely done, Shirley! I've admired Will Rogers since I was a kid. There's a monument in his honor, Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun, on Cheyenne Mountain, outside of Colorado Springs. Wonderful views, and you can read his story and listen to recordings of his speeches on the way up. Well worth visiting.

  • Wonderful Acrostic , and great take on the prompt

  • May I know what is S in the G line? Loved your poem!
