**Title: "Whispers of Shame"**

In the corridors of the mind,
Where shadows play, and secrets bind,
A voice so loud, it cuts like glass,
Echoes the judgment, cold and crass.

"Too thin, too thick, too much, too less,"
The world demands that we impress,
But in the mirror, what do we see?
A fractured image, not meant to be.

They weigh your worth, they judge your frame,
And place upon you all the blame.
They call you names, they sneer, they mock,
But in their words, they're chained, they're locked.

For bodies are but vessels, true,
Not meant for others' eyes to view.
The curves, the scars, the skin you're in,
Are marks of battles fought within.

So rise, dear soul, and take your stand,
For beauty’s not at their command.
In every line, in every fold,
Is a story worth more than gold.

No voice should drown the truth you hold,
That you are fierce, unique, and bold.
Let their whispers fade to dust,
For in self-love, place your trust.

This body, yours, in all its grace,
Holds power that none can erase.
So walk with pride, and head held high,
For you are more than meets the eye.

In the end, when shadows fall,
It’s love for self that conquers all.
So let them talk, let them jest,
For in your heart, you know what’s best.

This was an excellent poem that focused on such an important topic. Body shaming is far too prevalent in today's society. Well done.
