Whispers of Longing
Without You, A sad Ending

I declared my independence, a fortress strong,
"I can thrive, detached from his presence,"
While he, with trembling words, revealed,
"Breath eludes me without you, my dear."
Now, the hands of time have woven a tapestry,
Months stretching like an eternity, laden with despair,
Within me, a suffocating grip takes hold,
For he resides with another, yet she cannot truly be his.
Oh, the weight upon my chest, an oppressive force,
As I navigate this world, gasping for solace,
He, basking in a love that taunts my dreams,
Bound to a girl who can't embrace his essence.
In the fragments of our conversation, echoes remain,
A reminder of what once was, now torn asunder,
I find myself lost in the shadows of longing,
Struggling to breathe in a reality so cruelly unfair."
