Forgive me, for I have wounded your heart,

In my thoughtless actions, I played my part.

The pain I caused, it weighs heavy on my soul,

A bittersweet ache, that I cannot control.

In the tapestry of our love, I tore a seam,

A fragile bond shattered a shattered dream.

Regret fills my eyes, as tears softly flow,

For the hurt I inflicted, the love I let go.

Oh, forgive me, dear one, for I was blind,

To the depths of your love, so pure, so kind.

In my selfish pursuit, I lost sight of the grace,

And now, I plead for forgiveness to embrace.

I see now the beauty that we once possessed,

In laughter and whispers, and moments caressed.

A love so rare, it's a gem to behold,

But my careless actions tarnished the gold.

In the echoes of silence, I beg for your touch,

To mend the fragments, to heal us as such.

For I've learned the value of love's gentle art,

And I offer my heart, as an open restart.

So, forgive me, my love, for the pain I've caused,

In this somber symphony, where hope feels lost.

But if you find it in your heart to forgive,

Together we'll mend what this world cannot sieve.

Let our love be a testament to resilience,

A dance of forgiveness, a sweet renaissance.

For in the depths of sadness, love's flame can rise,

To restore what was broken, beneath tear-filled skies.
