Some truth
Some lie
Some give
Some take
Some bend
Some break
Some joy
Some strife
Some death
Some life
Some talk
Some trust
Some mock
Some lust
The moments are gone
But somehow
They are always with us
Through all the bitterness
The lust, envy, greed, joy and pain
Love will shelter through the rain
Had I known it would be this way
Had I known the end would break me
I never would have the memory
Some regret
Some forget
But somewhere through all the darkness
I found the place where the memories all go
And I will never forget again.
