Where Roots Are Branches

They coexist.

Our roots are in the state we live in

And the city we grew to love.

They are the essence of our being,

Connecting us to our past.

They signify the choices we make

And the paths we follow.

They can represent stability

And a sense of belonging.

Roots and branches means

To do something thoroughly.

It is often used in contexts

Or eliminating issues entirely.

Where there are roots,

There are branches.

All parts of an ecosystem

Support, depend on each other.

We uncover how the past, present coexist;

Shaping experiences and perspectives.

The roots can give rise

To new branches and shoots.
