Where Lava Meets The Sea

Koni's fire

Beneath a sky where Pele breathes,

And molten rivers kiss the seas,

A man arrives with heart ablaze,

To spark a flame that never strays.

She walks beside him, wild and bold,

With firelight dancing in her soul.

A fighter forged by ash and flame,

Lana—burning, untamed name.

He sees in her the volcano’s might,

The glow of embers in the night.

Not one to shrink from heat or trial—

Her laughter, lava; fierce and wild.

He dreams of magma veins that pour,

Of fire embracing ocean's shore.

And in this clash of earth and sea,

He plots a fiery destiny.

No sterile stage, no quiet ring—

But lava boats and fire that sings.

Where vog may choke and rocks may sear,

He sees her face and feels no fear.

A local laughs, "You got two ways—

By land or sea to feel Pele’s blaze."

He weighs the fog, the burning stone,

But knows the sea will make her moan.

She’s battled flames on forest ground,

Where towers crumbled all around.

But here, where molten edges gleam,

He’ll show her love within the steam.

The captain grins with crusted brow,

"A ring in lava's touch—just wow."

And so the plan, by stars aligned,

Will etch their tale in heat and brine.

At twilight's call, the boat sets free,

Across the dark and trembling sea.

The island breathes a molten sigh,

As liquid fire scorches sky.

He holds her hand, her pulse is flame,

She whispers tales of Pele's name—

Of gods and fish and shifting shape,

Of boiling love and no escape.

The boat draws near the hissing plume,

Where ocean sings the lava’s tune.

The captain calls, “Who dares to test

The warmth of Pele’s wild breast?”

She steps to feel the ocean's heat,

But he is quicker on his feet.

A bucket raised, a glowing ring—

Steam curls like spirits summoning.

"Hot as your touch,” he grins and kneels,

The air ignites, the silence reels.

“Lana, fire of land and sky,

Will you be my reason why?”

She nods, though words are drowned in cheers—

A “yes” that echoes through the years.

And in that molten, blazing place,

Their love is sealed in fire’s embrace.
