Mad in Your Love

I saw you once, my soul was lost,

Like rivers wild in a storm-tossed frost.

The sky forgot its stars so bright,

The sun bent low to steal your light.

Your laughter spills like golden streams,

A melody weaved from endless dreams.

The flowers wear your scent with pride,

The restless winds stay by your side.

If the moon could hold your gaze,

It'd dance for you in silver haze.

If time could whisper, it would say,

“You are love’s most perfect sway.”

Mad am I, in love so deep,

A fire awake, I dare not sleep.

For in your eyes, the heavens shine,

And in your arms, the world is mine
