Where Emotions Actually Grow
Do you know where feelings originate?
With no fights under her belt
And none under his either,
The passion was always felt.
And both parties could take a breather.
Their relationship was fraught with affection.
The man and woman enjoyed each other’s company.
There was no room for any deflection
They both stayed on course lovingly.
But the day came where the two had to part.
The ache didn’t run deep though.
It was felt in the brain and not the heart.
The former the place where emotions actually grow.
The two of them left each other on amicable terms.
Sweet memories made together beyond the berms.
