Whenever this heart beats for you,
It sings in echoes duet and true.
Across quiet nights and golden days,
It finds you in a thousand ways.

Whenever my lips utter your name,
In the heart, fire wrapped in gentle flame.
No hail can break, no time erase,
The rhythm twists in your grace.
Whenever this heart feels lost and low,
I wonder why you, the reason you know.
A breath, a touch, a silent spark,
Dazzle light within the dark.

Whenever this heart anchors to love,
It reminds me of stars that rise above.
Truss not by time, fate or place,
But held forever in your embrace.
