When You Left
The silence still says your name

You left like evening leaves the sky,
without warning, without goodbye.
The door was closed, but not my heart,
it stayed behind where you tore apart.
Your laughter lingers in empty air,
like ghosts of love still standing there.
I fold our memories like worn-out clothes,
smelling the perfume only absence knows.
The bed feels wider every night,
cold on your unclaimed side.
I whisper things I’ll never send,
to a love that ended without an end.
And still, through cracks of breaking light,
I search for you in every night.
