When We He Leave

A poem about Overstaying

By Frank RacioppiPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

When will he leave

He said he'd stay just a couple of days

But he's making himself comfortable in too many ways

He asks me for the wine and cheese

But never bothers to say please

A couch potato, he breaks the remote

Eating all our snacks he doesn't leave a note

When will he leave

When will he leave

(Can I stay for 30 days)

When will he leave

When will he leave

(Can I stay till May)

His bed is never made

And he even brings girls to be laid

Then he moved in his junk

And we said no he got into a funk

When will he leave

When will he leave

(Can I stay just one more day)
