Living Without Regret
Will you be ready , when the time comes or beg death to wait. Will you accept what you have always known, or bargain for a different fate.
Will you be ready to walk tall and proud , into the garden of rest , knowing you did all you can and lived your best.
Will you be ready to revel in moments and memories made , or look back with regret, as life fades.
Will you be ready to be at peace, put aside anger, angst and war and forgive.
Will you be ready to impart acts of kindness to those left behind , to show them how they might live.
Will you be ready for one last smile, knowing that was a life well lived all the while.
Will you be ready?
