When It Clicked
Where everything finally made sense

It clicked—
right at that moment,
the silence, the distance made sense.
His coldness wasn’t hidden,
just waiting for me to see,
the way he stopped reaching—
like a leaf lost to the sea.
Empty eyes, no lies,
all the pieces fell in place,
I held my breath, felt the depth,
of a slowly fading grace.
No words—just a quiet fracture,
love slipping through a cracked veneer,
the space between us, cold and sure,
marked by what I couldn’t hear.
