When I went for a long stroll

When I went for a long stroll on a winding back road,

sirrah, sirrah,

just to see what the world held,

sirrah, sirrah,

I saw sweet lilies, daffodils, tulips, azalea, and posies,

sirrah, sirrah,

I imagined that I had tracked down paradise in a field of sugar roses.

I heard the sound of music somewhere far off,

indeed I did, gracious yes I did,

I basically couldn't abstain to stop and tune in,

indeed I did, goodness yes I did,

an hour felt a day, a day in general feeble,

indeed it did, gracious yes it did,

as I stood so still inside this paradise of which I talk.

I saw a delicate woman in the sapphire cloudiness ahead;

gracious I may of, goodness I could of,

I decided to stimulate from my rest all things considered;

gracious I may of, goodness I could of,

I initiated to walk, I yearned to talk;

goodness I may of, gracious I could of,

as that field of roses I crossed.

I before long observed sweet magnificence in her eyes;

gracious the sun moaned, the temperament panted,

My unfortunate soul felt as the falcon flies;

the sun murmured, the moon wheezed,

whence she strolls, or whence she goes,

the sun murmured, the moon heaved,

I simply follow aimlessly along, I assume.

I say that the God Of Heaven hath favored me;

Ok, he did, yes he did!

That he so honored me with bliss filled environmental elements and company;

Ok, he did, yes he did!

I can stroll in generous organization in the midst of the delighting sound as the river streams;

Goodness yes I can, gracious yes I can!

Where the spring wind will convey me, no body knows!
