When God Withholds

When God Withholds

Sometimes, we don't get what we want,

Those wishes remain in us as unconquered fears.

Don't let them scare you, don't let them haunt,

Don't let the world see your precious tears.

Be patient, stand firm, and just wait,

What's written for you will surely come.

Don't panic, don't worry, nor lose faith,

For God knows best if it was troublesome.

If it's a test, you have to pass it,

By showing love and compassion for Him.

And if it's not, then He will grant it—

Unless it saved you from a greater mayhem.

NOTE: I lost something for which I had worked damn hard. It took me some time but I realized that God's plan is far better than ours.

Very soulful. These Lines " God's plan is far better than ours. " sums it all. Extremely well said. Great piece @Verse Voyager

Soft, steady and full of surrender! Sometimes what feels like a closed door is just God steering us toward the right one. Loved it so much dear! 💖
