When a Genius Cries

Tell me dear captain

By Ivan KaramazovPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

Empty room of my loneliness

I'm not a genius

My tears are.

Tell me dear captain

Why knowledge is a scar

and

Ignorance is a bliss ?

Full room of my consciousness

I'm not a genius

My scream is.

Tell me dear captain

Why the sea wants a sufferer

and

Not a dead body ?

Full room of answers

I'm not a genius

My questions are.

Dear captain

Why a genius cries ?

I'm not a genius

I cry

Am I ?

Am I ?

Listen kiddo

Knowledge is not a scar

Is an immortality

Ignorance is not a bliss

Is an immorality

Listen you bastard

The sea wants an immortal sufferer

Dead body is just an immoral jest

You are a genius

Your tears

Through

Your scream

Asked the right questions.

When a genius cries

The wild sea

Through

The storm of tears

Sees

Dead bodies in the water

And

One sufferer

Standing alone.

Standing alone

Against the world

The sea

The captains

The ignorance

Standing alone

With his dreams

His tears

His scream

His questions

Standing alone

With his loneliness

His consciousness

His immortality
