As someone who has been guilty for living mostly for others, I get it, especially when others start calling you selfish for doing even a little something for yourself. I hope things get better soon. (And your handwriting is so pretty!)
We all feel this at times, I am terrible for it, we need isolation at times but we also need company at other times. I hope you are ok, and you know where I am if you want to talk. Sending hugs and comfort 💗
Hope you're okay, Belle. We should live for ourselves but with others in mind. That's how I view it. We all need to do things that please us but that doesn't mean being selfish or disregarding others. Pleasure can be had in being there for others if only more would realise it.
