Listen to the wind and whispers from her guides....
What if she just wants to dance and breath, scream and cry under the star lit skies?
What if her house was made of glass so you could see the real her?
What if she showed her naked mind to rewind time just to erase the blur.
What if she cursed but said yes ma’am, ate salad but drank wine would you still judge and wonder?
Would you kiss her in the rain, caress her every aching pain can you be her favorite summer?
What if she kissed your inner demons, what if she crowned you and told you she didn't have to touch you to make you her reason.
Wiped your tears and whispered “it’s OK” would you learn to love you?
Can she help ease your pain, be the one to chant your name, can she be your truth?
She loved you before she met you, felt you before she ever touched you now all she wants to know is…

Hogar dulce hogar
Silence fills the room, the space that once was filled with laughter and the pitter patter of little children's feet is now filled with the background noise of the voice playing on the screen and the humming sound from the fan that wasn't properly set up. The rooms that once where filled with the bodies of children, in a corner a little blue car is left behind. Stains are left on the wall that once held up the memories that where made here. Boxes of old movies and dishes get shuffled into a moving truck, a tear falls down your cheek snapping you back to reality.You take one look around closing the door behind on what once was as you walk towards what will now be, remembering that no matter where you move to home will always be where the heart is.

A Dart at Dusk
Seconds ago, the sullen sun set on the two of us… my exuberant furry companion and me. A fresh breeze embraces us, delivering welcome relief from the day’s oppressive heat. His typical stumbling and staggering along — apace with a sloth — has turned into trip-trapping, high-stepping, almost skipping along.
