What do you see when you look at me
Can you see my strength that come from deep within that was built from a foundation of faith that could have been damage by life experiences ? Can you see the pride and desire to become great?
What do you see?
Do you see the beauty in my skin from the gift of the melanin with warm delightful highlights of red and brown undertones as the sun rays’ dances across my satin chocolate fields of imperfection?
What do you See ?
Can you see the magnitude of my ability to absorb and use knowledge to better myself so I may give even though I may not get back anything in return? Or that I love unconditionally constantly.
What do you see?
Can you see the struggles of maintain my sanity because I feel like the word against me? Do you see the battle for my right to speak my mind? Because the world seems to be to lagging with morals and healthy values for humanity.
What do you see?
Do you see my sunshine in clouds of darkness because of my will to keep pushing and use my pain as motivation? Through laughter, hope and love and getting up every time I'm knocked down? Holding my head high and beat up but growth is painful, and growth is salvation to me!

The Tango Connection
I suppose I've become a writer so I wouldn't bore everyone to death telling them my stories. Reading them is reading. Not the same. There's rhythm. And timing and, most importantly, drama and suspense. Unless you have tremendous magnetism and an undeniable stage presence, there's no way you can engage an audience the way you can by writing your story. That's my opinion.

What Happens To Your Brain When You Stop Multitasking
Digital technology is the culprit that is causing us to doom scroll when tired, disengaged and unmotivated with the content that motivated you to log onto your device to consume in the first place. That is only the beginning. In the modern workplace (and even when filing cabinets were around, I confirmed this with my adopted parents to get my facts right); reading files while you are supposed to be present to the caller on the other end of the phone line is another classic example of multitasking that causes your brain (although adaptable and intelligent) to lose focus and concentration.
