What Do You Do With Feedback?

What is your approach to feedback?

Do you abhor and dread the day it comes, or do you expect and embrace it?

Does it sting and hurt you and leave you with the feeling of being under siege?

Or is it an opportunity for growth for you?

Do you despise the giver, secretly plotting a vendetta?

Feedback comes from various sources;

Family, friends, and foes,

Peers, subordinates, and mentors.

Sometimes from total strangers!

Are we open and well-disposed to feedback?

Regardless of its origin, we ought to discern, sieve, test, then embrace. It provides us with the opportunity for growth!
