What About Me?

Beeep. The oven is preheated

Guess that school degree can wait.

What's for dinner?

~

Why don't you tell me

instead

Tell me it'll all be ok when

I'm down and out

Say, "Don't worry about the trash,

I'll take it out."

~

Why don't you do it

instead

Become a world-ignored juggler

work, family, spouse

All in the air, none for me except

work, animals, house.

~

Care-giver not Care-taker?

Give care to everyone and take none for me.

Beeep. That load of laundry is ready to be switched.

Lol why would they want you to become a world-ignored juggler, especially since you’re such an amazing poet! Great work!
