Well, Come to the United States sung to the Hotel California

Open up the Border, Watch them all Pour into our Oppressive Country

By Mark Stigers Published 4 years ago 1 min read

In the hot desert wilds, no water anywhere

The promise of riches, running from despair

An image with persistence, of a much better life

The threats were steady, my future was grim

I plodded on into the night

I had to find a doorway

To a better place to dwell

I had to do this for myself

It is a woeful story that I have to tell

Government scandals and people they pay

Death is the daily order

Violence is the preferred way

Well, come to the United States

Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)

Join the rat race

Plenty of room in the United States

Don’t ever fear (Don’t ever fear)

We still need cheap labor here

The politicians insisted, we must make amends

Open up the border and let them all in

How they pour into the country, more than we suspect

Each one reminds us of decisions that we regret

If you want to see what’s happen

just look through the lies

You’ll see a humanitarian crisis that the White House denies

The liberals say we must find a new way

Woke is the word for which we will fight

But for our sins, we must pay

Well come to the United States

Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)

Join the rat race

Livin’ it up in the United States

Where the media tries (Where the media tries)

To fool you with their lies

Smoke and mirrors

Deception and vice

They’ll spend trillions of dollars, there’s no compromise

In Nancy’s chamber

They gather for the feast

They go through all the money they can,

‘til the next tax increase

Here’s something to remember

Then I’ll bother you no more

When you get money from a Pac

Your nothing but a whore

they will come back and demand

that for the money you received

You do something you don’t like

You have been deceived
