Why do you weep, oh stranger fair

For in this grove, you'll find solace rare

I weep for lost love, for a heart in chains,

I seek solace in the arms of these gentle trees,

In hope that their wisdom will set my soul at ease

Let the weeping willows soothe your plight

For they hold the secrets of ages past,

And in their embrace, you'll find peace at last
