We Need To

Respect Ourselves

Who am I?

“Remember

that your mental health is a priority,

your inner peace is essential

and your self-care is a necessity”

Our Mental Health

is a “Priority”

because

our Minds ‘Control’ us.

The more we Practice Positive Meditation,

the Stronger our Control

over our own Thoughts and Feelings.

We will also be more ‘Present’ in the moment

and therefore

more ‘productive’ in our everyday Lives.

Keeping our Inner Peace

is a Big Step

in looking after our Mental Health.

The ‘Quieter’ the Mind,

the ‘Quieter’ the Body,

the ‘Quieter’ our Emotions.

This kind of “Self-Care”

is a ‘necessity’,

it is ‘needed’,

so that we can have Strong and Happy Lives.

We need to maintain

a Healthy Mind

and

a Healthy Body,

both of which will keep our Emotions Healthy.

Looking after ourselves

is not selfish

but ‘shows’

that we Respect Ourselves

and

Care for our own Lives.

This “Self-Care”

needs to be done

on a Daily and Regular Basis.
