“Life
is not about being rich,
being popular,
being highly educated
or being perfect.
It is about
being humble and
real and
kind.”
The true value of Life
is always seen
in a person’s qualities
rather than their possessions.
The ‘heart of existence’ beats better when
kindness,
compassion and
love are shown.
A listening ear
means more
than a thousand pounds,
even as a loving hug
means more than diamonds.
A true friend
means more
than a good bank account.
There is nothing wrong
with having money, jewels
or even being highly educated
‘when’
these possessions are used
to support,
help and
inspire each other.
As humans,
we need love
more than money.
Remember
that you are worth more
than any amount of money
because
you are special.

I wish more people understood this especially these days.
What a wonderful reminder, especially in those last few words of this poem. Thank you for writing this!
