In the ocean, trust.

Love and life, ebb and flow free,

Calm only in death.

*

With an anxious heart,

Beating untrustworthy rate

Turn to breath. To air.

*

Find that sturdy breath.

I am a rock, an island.

Immovable earth.

*

Do not fall victim,

to a love that is untrue;

All consuming fire.
