Warrior, Survivor?
I know many warriors!
There are so many warriors, survivors!
I am impressed with all the strong females.

Strong men, not much more to say about males?
There are many warriors and survivors!

Both he and she are tough and rough thrivers.
And both sexes have fought and won battles!

Doing for self and so much for others.
Sometimes they will be roughing up hackles.

We have your and my sisters and brothers
Stories told by Viator, he has tales

Many a big guy, and a hard worker
You see, warriors are strong males and females

P.S. Dharrsheena and I talked about how the Viator in the poetry form name sounds like a warrior. I told her that I would write a poem about Viator and Dharrsheena in a poem for a poetry contest to be held in February. Then I decided to enter this one in the Villanelle challenge. I am not sure what format we will use for the contest in February. It will be a part of a February contest.

The steps to losing a child
Step One: Lose a child. Not what anyone wants to happen and nothing you can do to change it, but you can go through steps to becoming happy again. You can go through steps to loving again. You can go through steps to become a new you because after losing a child you will never be the same person you once were.
