I can hear you breathing.

I can hear your silent cries in the dead of night.

I know that you are frightened and only because of the distance between us I restrain myself.

With my eyes closed I remind myself that you are a world away.

I can feel where they have reached in with their talons and tried to blacken your soul.

My heart aches for you every moment I remain alive.

For without you, there is no life for me.

Every breath I take I breathe for us both.

Our hearts beating as one.

My tired limbs now strengthen by your need to carry on.

And I find myself carrying you up and over and through to the next phase.

The part of life that we have been destined for.

Our life, together; that comes next.

Our final chapter; our destination.

But now I question our Creator's motives and his intentions.

My faith has been weakened; as my mind is not so clear.

I lack luster and shine and my spirit sits silently in the dark corners of my consciousness.

My imagination no longer conjers up moments that I've chosen to replay over and over because of the joy they bring, instead they are now just faded, dull replicas of a time before.

I try to remind my self that happiness is what you create it to be and with whom you surround yourself with.

That life is based upon what you tolerate and allow.

It's made up of every good deed you have done and every sacrifice you've ever made.

It's your own life and because you own it you are able to design it, and fix it and change it.

I remind my self that just because we are able to do just that, that some people are not capable of doing so.

You can love your life or hate it.

And not so easily, you can take it or leave it.

You can not control how others treat you.

You can not control their disrespect, for it's been said that ignorance is bliss.

Many live their lives holding on to a blind faith and to a yesterday that once was.

This, my love, is how you begin to rebuild and you begin to have hope again.

Being able to compare the state in which you currently find yourself living in to a time before restores faith.

A time when our pockets were lined and our homes were warm and our cupboards weren't bare.

To be able to rebuild again by remembering that there is good in mankind and that the devil derives his strength from your fears.

You must accept that our Creator has put you here on Earth to live a better life.

That he created you in his image.

That He has made you a natural born leader.

That you may use this gift of time as an opportunity to make good.

To become the stoic Warrior you are destined to be.

To show you are worthy of his love.

And to show him your loyalty.

For he will hold you closest in your darkest times.

Allow his strength to hold you up when you need him the most.

When you are clinging to the pillar, and the muscle has faded from your limbs, allow our Creator to breathe life into you.

And with his breath you will rise up stronger than before and face the struggles that have been placed before you.

You will rise up proud Warrior!

And now, from the shadows of my mind, I can I hear your war cries.

And I know the battle has been won, and I wait so patiently for my gallant Warrior to return.
