Your silence speaks a million words.

These sentences I've heard before.

The paragraphs they just won't stop.

So the chapters keep adding up.

I've read all of this too many times.

It’s time to leave this book behind.

With strength and faith and one fearless jump.

This life is mine, so I’ll write this book.

I’ll speak of love, peace, and hope.

With the million silent words you spoke.

In the silence comes clarity. Clarity turns into focus. Focus leads to determination. Determination becomes actions. Actions bring forth change.

There is something about the sound of silence. It is calming and insightful. So much is to be learned sitting in the silent moments of life. You begin to discover and learn things that can only be heard in the stillness.

With all the noise and chaos of the world distracting us and pulling us in every direction, it can become difficult to find a quiet moment. It is necessary to find the time and take a break from it all. Turn off the TV, put down your phone, unplug from it all, and let the silence speak to you. Let it fill your ears with it’s peaceful whispers. Let it heal your heart with its unconditional love. See deep inside each and every single one of us, there is something that is yearning to be set free.

I cannot tell you what it is, as it is different for everyone. The longer you listen and pay attention to the lessons, the sooner you will gain clarity upon the message.

With crystal clear vision you can begin to see where your focus needs to be. If your focus is not based in love, then you missed the lesson the silence was teaching you.
