In a world where my poems go unread,
I write 'em down, but they stay in my head.
No likes, no shares, no comments in sight,
I'm just a poet, lost in the night.
I pour my heart into each line I pen,
But it seems like no one's my poems' fan.
They're like whispers in an empty room,
Lost in the void, in the internet's gloom.
I keep on writing, 'cause it's in my soul,
Though it feels like I'm in a one-person show.
But who knows, someday, someone might see,
My words and think, “Hey, this speaks to me.”
Till then, I'll keep scribbling my rhymes,
In the hopes that they'll stand the test of time.
Even if it's just me and my muse,
These words are mine, and that's the good news.
