Meaningless statements? Don't get me started on Virgin Media and "we're better connected" - I am sure I have spent half my life talking to them, to resolve never-ending problems!

Woke up this mornin’, thought I’d check my mail,
But Virgin Media’s speed just made me wail.
Promised me lightning, but it’s crawlin’ slow,
Feels like my broadband’s movin’ through molasses, oh no.
Got the Virgin Media blues, baby, all day long,
Waitin’ on a loadin’ screen, can’t sing my song.
They say it’s fast, but it’s slow as a crawl,
Virgin Media blues got me feelin’ small.
Called up the hotline, they said, “We’ll fix it soon,”
But I’m still stuck here waitin’, under a broken moon.
Bufferin’ and freezin’, can’t stream no show,
Their promises? Lies, just so you know.
Oh, I pay my bills, but I get no thrill,
Just a slow connection and a heart standin’ still.
Maybe I’ll switch, yeah, I’ll make a move,
’Cause Virgin Media’s got me in a bad groove.
