Unwell and Unbroken

A Poem of Courage

Being unwell is a never-ending task.

A story of pain, told in both whispers and wails.

Every day, a new challenge awaits.

The fight is to simply stay afloat.

A relentless fight that no one can win.

Invisible to others, a silent war.

Exhaustion washes over in waves.

Those suffering push on.

The hope for a cure is a dream unfulfilled.

Research is slow, and funding is scarce.

For the chronically ill, hope is a fragile thing.

A future unknown.

In the shadows, we fight.

Both strength and pain are felt in the words you've woven together to form your poem. So lovely.
