Unspoken love

"Heartbeats of Silence: Navigating the Depths of Unspoken Affection"

By Aranna Hasan Delwar Published 2 years ago 1 min read

A spring coming down from the mountain, or

A bunch of clouds resting on the top of the hill

The vast sky wrapped in a blue sheet, or

The softness of white clouds

Everything is like a normal everyday morning.

Like that tea shop kettle on the side of the road

Through whose thin mouth the smoke escapes and mixes in the air

Some office goers get tea, and

Cigarette burning smell is normal.

The look of your kajal eyes, and the hair came

Swinging in the wind, I see you everyday.

When the sweet morning sun touches you

I see the angel of heaven in you.

Light pink color on your soft lips

And your tolled cheeks

Takes me to a bottomless pit

I'm lost, lost

In an unknown magical city, where you are

Nothing but the hum of some white birds.

I know you may never be told,

The secret of my heart will not be told,

Maybe never stand face to face.

Still, the kite will fly in the sky of the mind, it will swing in the wind

Will come back to Natai's pull, but you---

You will shine as a star in the distant sky

Every day I will see and love.
