UNSPEAKABLE

Swollen

By Luc LevesquePublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Again my heart is broken

It’s all tender

And swollen

It shall all remain unspoken

Your flowers how they bloom

How your sents fill the room

I yearn to fill your womb

I imagine you naked in my room

I want to request permission

The right to a claim or an admission

To cherish you lovingly

To just love you freely and openly

But this will never ever be

For I am not a King nor a Viking

I cannot claim you for my taking

And so your petals will never ever touch me

But the way your eyes look at me

When you give me attention and feel me

Fills my heart with love so that I am swollen

Even if our love remains unspoken.
