“I’ve been quiet lately”

“I’ve noticed”

“Is that okay?”

“It’s perfectly fine”

“But does it bother you?”

“No, I understand”

“Are you sure?”

“I’m certain”

“What if I stay quiet longer?”

“I’ll be here, waiting”

“What if I never find the words?”

“Silence speaks too”

“What if I’m feeling overwhelmed?”

“We’ll take it slow”

“What if I need more time?”

“Take all you need”

“What if I’m not ready to talk?”

“We’ll sit in silence together”

“What if I never am?”

“We’ll find other ways to communicate”

“What if I’m worried you’ll leave?”

“I’m not going anywhere”

“What if I push you away?”

“I’ll stay close, at your pace”

“What if I don’t make sense?”

“Your feelings are always valid”

“What if I’m afraid?”

“I’ll be your strength”

“What if I don’t know what’s wrong?”

“We’ll figure it out together”

“What if I cry?”

“I’ll hold you through it”

“What if I laugh instead?”

“I’ll share in your joy”

“What if I don’t know how to start?”

“Begin with anything, I’ll follow”

“Thank you for understanding”

“I always will”
