But you are always gonna reap what you sow.

So if you look in the mirror and know you are doing yourself wrong.

Don't let it get you down, instead remember you are very strong.

It can all be turned around and you can heal.

But you have to rise to the occasion and be very real.

Don't embody shame, hide and conceal.

Say "hell no! I know there is far more to feel!"

That's where it starts, with a decision in you.

Then put in some steps and it will ring true.

One step at a time is all that you need.

So stand up tall and in yourself believe.
