
Truth is something We go through and it is not who We are but the experience of the now and in the present of the now so We are truly free to talk about it as it really does without colorizing it or covering it into a nothing as a real human being this emotions are important to be digested to be transformed if uncomfortable otherwise if You are a real human being and someone is entirely trying to mislead You about the truth or happening of it or not giving You time and freedom of the langauge forget about the real digesting of it and healing
You can express them all as much as You need and like
You don't cause through it any harm
You are being more healthy and alive
sometimes when things are from the past and they arrive as of being triggered or attacked they may cause You pain if You are a very sensitive one then You need some healing help while writing about them but if You don't let Your mouth be shut up speak or write from the now!
In your free space, You will always digest them pretty well
sharing things from real life
is much more human than colorizing the real facts
however, creativity can flow on various days depending on how You feel
and what You are going through today!
