Trusting Door (A Love Poem)

Poem

By K.A. SmithPublished 6 months ago 1 min read

Hooray—
for doors being
my worst surprise.
You live, you learn the moment:
"Ls and Ys!"

A young door.
Behind it, young love—
double-action,
with birthday vibes.

Playful... lovely, now.

Hun,
it's time to open eyes—
trust the swing
of your
door.
