True Happiness

There is a story of a king

who had everything he could ever want

Except he was not happy

and happiness is what he sought

So he sent an army

To bring back the shirt of a happy man

So they set out

in a search amongst his land

These men searched for months

Then months turned into years

All in a search for a man

A man without any fears

After a couple years

Just a couple that went by

The king's men had come back

Empty handed the king would find

"After years of searching Your Highness,

There's only one man that we saw

That was truly happy

but he had no shirt at all

I was shot in the face at point blank range with a double barrel 12 gage during an strong arm robbery that quickly turned into an Attempted Murder. Although I'm missing my right eye and a bullet in my brain. I AM STILL ME & I AM STILL HERE
