I think that

People have two lives.

The life of always being happy, and the life of constantly worrying.

So

It is also possible to see two kinds of people: those who do not worry about the biggest things in the world, and those who are deeply entangled in small trifles

This is where life is easy and where it is heavy.

Some people, one life is big, happy and passed. Some people, two lives against each other, no pain, no itch, no complaint, no hate. And some people, life sinks to the end, and eventually become a perverse.

Even so, I think, worry still will not fundamentally ruin a person's quality of life.

If the person's heart is strong enough. The universality of worries is that rich people have worries, homeless people have worries, and people who are not poor and not rich will have worries.

Sometimes, solving a troublesome thing and staying away from a troublesome person may seem to be free of troubles.

In fact, the trouble is only at a certain moment without the attachment. In fact, the trouble is still there, and it is in the heart of the person who is troubled.

The meaning of saying this is not to tend to be pessimistic, but to present objectivity. Worry is a living existence, and the elimination of worry itself is futile.

It is easy to think in this way, because we are all the same. It is also easy to think in this way, because it is meaningless to be serious.
