'Transformation'

“We delight

in the beauty of the butterfly,

but rarely admit

the changes it has gone through

to achieve that beauty”

The butterfly

is one of the most beautiful insects

on this planet earth.

Its wings are extremely fragile

and yet it needed tremendous strength

to transform and break out

into a butterfly.

You and I are no different

and we are much larger

than a butterfly.

True beauty comes from within

and very often through

tremendous ‘transformation.’

These ‘transformations’

could be the challenges we face every day,

and they are difficult and ‘uncomfortable.’

But once we go through them,

they ‘add’ to our beauty.

Let’s try and remember this

because every one of us is beautiful.
