Train Your Anxiety

Writing For Release

I wrote this last night with a freight train of thought,
Wanted to share this even if you like it or not.


If anxiety causes one to be anxious.
Don't project your what ifs while contemplating an outcome.

Anxiety is self driven
With a negative thought given.
Jot your thought on paper with pen.
The anxiety just may scale down from a ten.
Hack that symptomatic emotion.
With new drive and devotion.
Once you finish you'll know it.
You may feel better and maybe become a poet.
Either way you feel, you've taken a small step to heal.
Myself as an example,
Oh wait, I'm now starting to bramble.
