my instructions manual
to survive love simulacrums
we turned off the echo
of contempt
that tasted bitterness
so many times before
you welcomed me into your skin
we mirrored infinite
serene air filled my lungs
between sighs and salt rivers
that sprouted from my body
we evicted fear
and each other offered
our portion of universe
we gathered all the words
firmly joined them together
and decided to be each other's home
